Information we collect

We collect information you submit through forms, including name, company, email, phone, revenue range, trade, and responses to the Financial Health Check. We may also collect basic technical data such as browser type, referring URL, and UTM parameters to understand how visitors reach the site.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, deliver requested resources, and assess fit for a potential engagement. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics and cookies

The site may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Where consent is legally required, tracking will only load after consent is provided.

Data storage and security

Submitted information is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted by contacting us.

Contract Cash Gap Analyzer

The Contract Cash Gap Analyzer runs entirely on the assumptions you type in. Nothing is stored until you ask for the full analysis; at that point we store your name, work email, company, optional phone number, the contract assumptions you entered and the calculated results.

We also record how you reached the tool: a referral code (ref), campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), the landing page and the referring URL. Both your first visit and the visit on which you submitted are kept so we can credit the correct referral partner. These values live in your browser's local storage until you submit; you can clear them by clearing site data.

Analyzer results and lead details are retained while the enquiry is active and are deleted on request. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train public AI models.

Contract document upload, AI extraction and clause translation are not enabled. The tool does not currently accept PDFs or any contract document, and no contract text is sent to any AI provider or third party. This page will be updated before that feature goes live.

Analyzer output is a planning estimate based on the assumptions you enter. It is not accounting, legal, tax or lending advice, and it makes no determination about the legality or enforceability of any contract term.
